During my stay, I found all aspects of the Marrol's Boutique Hotel Bratislava to be of the higest standard - reception areas, bedrooms, restaurant and particularly the staff. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

This hotel was very convenient for the ferry from Vienna- about 5 minutes walk. Our room was lovely with an excellent free mini-bar and good quality shampoo etc. The rooms are bigger than you would expect. Check in was well handled with a welcome glass of champagne! Breakfast was reasonable but at 9.15 many options were not available. The hotel is situated about 5 minutes from the old centre of

Our experience at Marrol's could not have been better. The staff is very friendly and helpful in offering suggestions; the hotel is clean and comfortable and well appointed; and the breakfast buffet was "out of this world"! The location is convenient. Marrol's was beyond my expectations in spite of all the fabulous reviews I had read. Keep up the good work!

Service impeccable, real First Class. Beats most 5 stars hotels(except for the size naturally, but at this level of service, don't care). Small rooms but very comfortable. Breakfast with excellent service. Very well situated, minutes form Old City, 2 blocks away from the Twin City Liner and the Danube River. Bicycles ( 21 speed) renting is a available and easy. Would return anytime and recommend to anyone. Pizza across the street very nice too! Please keep up the good... excellent work.

Hotel Marrols fully deserves it's rating as one of the great boutique hotels of the world. Fabulous position in a quiet road just a few minutes walk from the cruise boat and hydrofoil docks on the Danube and also the Old Town with it's baroque architecture, shops and restaurants. The friendly staff at the hotel speak fluent English and could not be more helpful. The bedrooms are well equipped with air-con that really works and an ingenious double shower over the bath. Beds are firm but comfortable with the tradaitional wrap-round duvets. The free minibar is good to come back to after a day exploring the city. Breakfast is lavish with lashings of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, meats, cooked English and a choice of juices, teas and coffee. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. We had two superb evening meals there from a mainly traditional Slovak menu with some Italian influences. Slovak wine from the hotel cellar is a revelation. No wonder the Slovaks keep most of it for themselves! The bar/library is like a Belle Epoque club. We booked the hotel spa exclusively for two hours. It has a sauna, solarium, jaccusi/infinity pool and we arrive to find bottles of chilled mineral water and a huge platter of fresh fruit waiting for us compliments of the hotel. The spa has it's own outdoor terrace and there is also a large upper level terrace for drinks on warm evenings. All in all, well worth a little extra money for a terrific hotel experience. Totally recommended.

I've been in Marrol's in May with my friend. Marrol's is the best hotel I've ever visited. The personel is very kind, the prices are truly more than acceptable. The breakfast and the meals are great and at more than normal prices. If you are ever inclined to chose in Bratislava between Sheraton and Marrol's, do not hesitate to go to Marrol's. P.S. The italian restaurant (Arj) accross the hotel has outstanding pizza's.

I made a big mistake booking to stay at the Marrol's Hotel for one night. I wish I had booked for more nights. The food in the restaurant was excellent and presented amazingly. Every member of staff that we dealt was could not have been more helpful. The rooms were all superb. The hotel location is excellent - between the Old Town and the Danube. Faultless.

This is a very warm, friendly hotel. It is unique. Guests are made to feel more like family than customers. The hotel has real character not only in the foyer and breakfast area, but the passageways to the guest rooms are adorned with famous people from an era now gone bye. Appropriate mood music is piped through the PA system, from jazz to to swing. We loved it. Bratislava is a smaller city with great character. This hotel complements th lovely city. The staff are excellent. I would give it 11 out of ten if allowed.

The stay was overall a pleasant one with the room very comfortable and well appointed. The reception at arrival was personalized and the welcome Sekt a nice touch, especially for those who have traveled from afar. The reception staff was knowledgeable, and although a tad apprehensive, tried to be helpful. The room was comfortable, and the robes and free mini-bar were a treat. The breakfast was of a high quality and the service was good. The hotel offered a late check-out which allowed for greater sightseeing, if desired. The only drawback was miscommunication with reception in booking a massage which was requested at time of booking and acknowledged by the hotel but we were then told had not been confirmed, as if it is the guest's responsibility to do so. We thought that as guests requesting it, this should have been enough.

We enjoyed our stay at Marrol's Hotel. The staff were very helpful. The room was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The reception area was very welcoming and a relaxing place to sit. We enjoyed the glass of wine on arrival. The hotel was conveniently placed for seeing the old town and for arrival by boat from Vienna.

An excellent hotel, well sited centrally near the old town - easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly and attentive to details. Rooms very clean with all facilities provided. Free wi-fi, complimentary mini-bar and the breakfast food of high quality and variety. Free parking provided. As an international traveller, I found this boutique hotel one of the best and easiest to recommend highly.

Nadherne a kreativne zariadeny hotel priamo v centre mesta, vyhodou je parkovanie priamo v hotelovej garazi a minibar zdarma. Velmi pohodlne postele s kopcom vankusov, prikryvky s peknym kvietkovanym vzorom. Milym prekvapenim boli aj kupelnove doplnky. Personal profesionalny a vzdy ustretovy. Ranajky boli vyborne. Vrelo odporucam vsetkym.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marrol's. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, all the reception staff spoke excellent English. The room was very well equipped and comfortable and stone free mini-bar much appreciated. The Messina Restaurant has a great chef and the Easter celebration meal was lovely. The hotel is in a good location, five minutes walk from the old town, easy to find and we were grateful for the basement car parking. We will certainly book here again if welcome to Bratislava in the future.

the best hotel in town staff is very friendly, the hotel is cozy staying there make your stay in Bratislava even better. i definitely recommand to anyone to stay in this hotel the restaurant doesn't have a large choice of food but everything is delicious

It was not my first stay in this hotel and so I was looking forward again to an extraordinary hospitality the guests can experience. Welcome drink free of choice, and covered parking for free is so unique that Marrol`s Boutique Hotel stays a hotel of first choice for me and my husband in Bratislava. Superior room however is too small for 2 people or for longer stay. On the other side.. shall this hotel be opened also in some other place around the world, we would gladly consider our stay there.
